I can't withdraw funds from mangopay

    Hello.
    I cannot withdraw mangopay funds earned from product sales on delcampe.
    I start withdrawing funds and after a while the funds appear again in the mangopay account and not in my bank account.
    I would like to know why this happens and how it can be solved.
    It is very frustrating not being able to withdraw the funds obtained from the sales of my products and until the problem is solved I will not use mangopay anymore.
    This problem is generating a lot of distrust in me.

    I have contacted Elise 4 times with the same problem. I was told Mangopay required a letter from my bank with all my banking information. I sent her the letter as an attachnent several days ago.Stil have no answer! How long does it take to get my money out? Mangopay sucks! How can I opt out of accepting this payment method?

    After checking on Mangopay it appears there are many complaints on the net about them.
    It appears that they make getting money out extremely difficult. They create demands for bank information, with no result.
    They claim funds were sent, and blame the banks for losing the funds.The claims are plentiful and I believe Delcampe does not have any control over their money transferring partner. As a customer of Delcampe I believe they are also at fault.The system currently seems shoddy at best, and fraudulent at worst. Since both Delcampe and Mangopay are both located in Luxembourg I am proceeding with enquiries with Luxembourg to investigate my concerns

    Personally I have had no problems at all using Mangopay. But out of interest I looked at their Trustpilot reviews and found most were truly shocking 45% negative and 45% only positive with the rest somewhere in between.

    It seem that they have a major problem with their customer services - very similar to Paypal in its infancy it seems.

    It seems to me that Delcampe should have control of our members financial transactions ,not Mangopay.Request for answers to Delcampe first are sent to Mangopay, who controls the money? It's now been 2 weeks with no answer. I am getting very tired of the nonsense here. Never had so many issues selling anywhere! I have spent years building up my store here with over 90,000 listings. I should be able to withdraw my money from any account here!

    No word about my funds? It's been over 2 weeks since funds were withdrawn from my mangopay. How long does it take to transfer funds to my bank?

    You are not alone. Mangopay's ID requirements suck, and that's why (reluctantly) I don't sell on here. It's OK for paying for items but useless for receiving anything from sales. Give me PayPal any day.
    Just received a refund from a seller (paid into Mangopay, of course, as that's how it was originally paid) and it's not showing up. Sent Mangopay a chargeback via my credit card, hopefully that might do the trick.

    Same worry here. Plus, I'm afraid that my Canadian bank will charge fees for receiving money transfered from overseas. Check with your bank first.
    Whatever I have in Mangopay, which is not much, as I hardly sell anything anymore, I use to pay the fees that Delcampe now charge to buyers like me.

    My bank surely will charge a fee plus covert to CAD in the worst rate.Would be interested to hear what by end happened to another Canadian seller who mentioned trouble with transfer.
