Why do we receive Notification for canceled transactions

Because of API errors we sold items, they should had been deleted because they were sold elsewhere.
So we had to cancel the transaction. But we still get notifications about that sold item.
WHY?
We can not handle this, because they are allready sold.

We continue to receive dozens of notifications of already canceled purchases. When does it change finally? This costs us resources that no one wants to pay, because every error has to be checked.

last 27 Days we got 14.6k of unnecessary notifications.
Do something!!!

Solution should be quite simple, do not send notification if transaction is canceled!!!

OK, now it's February. How do you define 'shorter delay'
Your last answer was 27th okt.

I can accept that in a 'heavy internal process' it's less time for easy to fix problems, but really guys ... another 3 month of nothing???
I mean, would you resolve the problem that allready ended items are really ended and can't be sold, than we do not need the solution of fixing the notification problem.
