ALL SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS FOR LOTS SHOULD AWAIT AN INVOICE BEFORE MAKING PAYMENT
Methods of Payment
PAYMENT IS ONLY ACCEPTED IN STERLING (GBP)
All sales to Russia, former Soviet states, China and India will only be sent by insured mail irrespective of value.
Payment is accepted by UK Bank sterling cheque/draft OR Paypal (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES ARE LEVIED FOR PAYING BY PAYPAL). I also accept GBP, USD or Euro cash (sent at the buyer's risk). Please wait for confirmation of the amount in USD or Euro banknotes required after you have advised me that you wish to send cash.
Many sellers on Del Campe pass on the charges levied by Paypal - I DO NOT!!
Multiple Purchases:
I have a growing number of customers, who are buying several lots from me over a number of days.
In order to keep postage and packing costs to a minimum, I will normally give customers the opportunity to make one payment for all purchases made within a maximum of 7 days and have all lots sent in the same package. (This is particularly important for low value lots as the saving on postage and packing makes them more financially viable.)
In return, I only ask that all successful buyers pay immediately upon receipt of their invoice.
All sendings are well packaged in an appropriate envelope or parcel.
Returns Policy
A lot may be returned if it has been incorrectly described provided that the e-mail agreement of the vendor to its return has been given. Lots which cannot be returned and are sold "as is" include the following: (i) Any lot listed as a "collection", "selection", "album","on album page(s)" or similar description. (ii) Any lot described as "unchecked". (iii) Any lot sold by weight e.g. 175 grams kiloware. In addition, no lot, which has a scan/picture/illustration, can be returned on the grounds of cancellation, margins, perforations or other characteristics clearly apparent from the illustration. The decision of the vendor as to whether a lot can be returned or not is final.
