    Since yesterday, my delivery notes are printed with images of the items, even though my settings say without image.

    Also, I am unable to toggle between the 2 options.

    Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

    Hello "mainlypostcards",

    I just tried it with one of your payment requests and the delivery note was printed without an image.

    Some members have also experienced this yesterday and it was related to the new cookies policy we have implemented yesterday.

    In this page: Lien (https) if you click on "Set up my cookies", can you please confirm that the first two cookies (Essential and Functional) are selected (green box)?

    All my cookies are enabled.

    It still happened to me first thing this morning.

    I'll see what happens next time and I'll let you know.

    I haven't got a clue how to delete selective cookies. I know how to clear them all, but I don't really want to do that, because of all the other sites I use.

    I had closed the browser and restarted it.

    I have gone a step further and completely shut down the computer after deleting all cookies again; it is still the same.
    I'll give it a day or so and will contact support, if things haven't changed.
