Help needed with yearly accounts.

    Can anyone help with this problem. I need to print out my last years fees to delcamp for accountancy purposes.I have tried to print direct from account records but this is printing in reverse order starting 2011. Is there an easy solution to this. Any help would be appreciated

    Not very elegant, but could you create 2 or 3 pages using the "snipping tool"?

    Hi. Not sure what a snipping tool is. There would be no problem at all if the procedure wasnt printing in reverse. had no problem at all in previous years .

    Windows tool, which allows you to "grab" part of the screen and save it as a jpg.

    Surely two options:
    (1) Copy the bit you want and paste to Word
    (2) go to print but just print the pages that you want

    Am I missing something?

    Hi Alan. thank you for solving my problem. suggestion 2 does not work because it insists in printing in reverse order. suggestion 2 has worked and I must admit I had not thought of that way. It appears to be a fault in the system about reverse printing date wise. worked ok last year (as many other things did ). Happy bunny. thank you.
