    I just had a customer contact me to query an invoice I sent today because it did not have the delivery charge (postage) included.
    I definitely added the postage to the invoice.

    I just sent the invoice again £2.99 item + £1 postage = £3.99

    It was OK when I sent it, but I noticed that once again the postage has disappeared from the total!

    This is pretty serious as I cannot send invoices until this glitch has been fixed!

    This is exactly true. Delivery charges are not included on invoices at the moment.

    Yes, I have the same problem for invoices I sent out on Tuesday. They only record the winning bid amount. I add postage and an additional charge to cover Paypal fees. The postage and additional charges disappear. The buyers have only paid the winning bid amounts.
