    Can I do something to fix the problem?

    Switch to a different keyboard or set of characters on your keyboard if most of your correspondence is to non Greek speaking areas.

    I often get spam messages from Arab speaking countries as I lived in the Middle East for many years - these appear as a series of question marks as they were written in Arabic. The same with messages from China etc.

    My keyboard is mixed: Greek and Latin characters. Temporarily I solve my problem writing Greek with Latin characters. To say "Good morning" write "Kalimera". But this is not elegant and sometimes is ambiguous for the recipient.
    The old delcampe, had no problem with Greek characters in invoices and messages.
