    Had three sales this morning(one buyer) but did not receive any notification from Delcampe. Found the sales by accident whilst dealing with another matter

    Still not receiving e mails re sales 24 hours later.Only aware because buyer requested invoice

    Am I the only one in this wide world not receiving e mails notifying me of sales ??. If I am, I can see no reason at all for it . Now into the 3rd day. Very frustating .

    Am I the only one in this wide world not receiving e mails notifying me of sales ??. If I am, I can see no reason at all for it . Now into the 3rd day. Very frustating .

    No, not the only one.

    I've had a couple of sales in the last few hours for which I've not received an email sales notification. I was getting them for yesterday & overnight sales.

    First one I only noticed when I was marking another sale item as shipped. The second one I received buyer's payment, but no sales notification email so had to back track through My Delcampe.

    Hope it doesn't persist.

    First one I only noticed when I was marking another sale item as shipped. The second one I received buyer's payment, but no sales notification email so had to back track through My Delcampe.

    Hope it doesn't persist.

    On one hand sorry to hear you have same problem.I know how annoying it is having to check every hour or so but also glad to hear there is actually a problem. I thought I was alone.Perhaps now, something will actually be done about it .

    Oh, yes, I have a lot of leverage at Delcampe ... :D

    Actually, Delcampe's support staff haves been incredibly helpful to me lately. Kudos to them.
