    Yes, same here, I got that message yesterday once as well.

    I see on another thread that Sebastien has taken over Technical Management as he says he couldn't work with the person who was there. Well, good luck, Sebastien, you have a lot to be getting on with.

    Not the worst option at the moment. I've been testing a few items recently over there and results so far, granted on a very small sample, are encouraging with a 70% or so sales rate.

    As you say, it might be a bit more expensive, but by going for some higher ticket items, it's not just so relevant, and as you say, most importantly it works!!

    besides of ripping the seller to the hilt, they also have some BIG problems at the Moment.
    :fight2:btw. the D-Forum is not the right place to recommend E as an Option.

    You may be referring to my post in response to somersethedge. I am not recommending anywhere, merely pointing out that sales on another site are, for me, better than Delcampe, a situation which as existed for the last couple of months, due mainly I would consider to the system changes here and the fragility of the site since then.

    Even Delcampe admit that it has not gone the way they thought it would. Other sites have had their problems also, I agree, but as somerset said, their site works consistently which cannot be said of Delcampe, unfortunately.

    I have no doubt that this 'fragility' has been a discouragement to potential buyers, and something which Delcampe continue to need to address.

    Gawd....does anyone know what they are doing in Delcampe-land? Looks like not.

    I must say that their lame excuses are becoming a tad repetitive and no-one ever seems to get things fixed for more than a nanosecond.

    Fortunately, I am on vacation this week and only have 6 orders still to ship. If matters are not fixed by the weekend, obviously I will have to review whether it is better to concentrate my selling on sites that work (even if they are more expensive).

    All time spent in moaning about the dreadful service here is time That could have been more usefully used in selling. How about some proper compensation for our losses, Sebastien, or are you waiting until all the sellers and buyers have gone elsewhere?

    Last plea to Delcampe (NOT Benjamin's fault though he gets all the flak due to techies whose competence is clearly questionable). PLEASE e3ither get the site working again NOW or send it to intensive care.
