Feedback not working correctly?

Just tried to leave feedback for buyers but I am finding that ticking the box next to the buyer's name does not automatically put a tick against all the purchases for that buyer.

Anyone else experiencing this problem? [perhaps a new feature?]

Just went to leave feedbacks - couldn't do it!
I think I have to give up today. Wasted most of my morning trying to sort out a payment reversal from Paypal, which was as a result of their technical problems last week. Thank goodness, it was a good, honest buyer, because as usual Paypal were utterly unhelpful.

I received an apologetic email from a Purchaser from French Guiana, who
wanted me to know he was unable to leave me feedback on a well sent
and received item because the Feedback Delcampe Form refused him permission saying the Purchase was over two months old, is there a limit
to how long one can leave feedback for a satisfied Purchase? I archived the
item that was in my long Closed Sold Auctions and thanked the Purchaser
for his courteous information.....and I am still unable to upload photo's on
any listing nor do the same uploads take place in the Modify Application.
Does no-one else have this problem?

Feedback can only be left up to 60 days after a sale/end of auction.

As far as your other problem is concerned, it does indeed seem to be a problem that is unique to you, since no one else has replied to your posts or reported similar problems. Just a suggestion: try temporarily switching off your antivirus software while uploading an image to see if that might be blocking it for some reason.

Thank you very much for your time and answer on the feedback limitation of
60 days, which is absolutely clear. There is one observation though, clearly
stated on the sold and paid list, it also states that after 60 days items shall
be deleted/retired/archived but I have noted sold items on this list without a
feedback given or received that are still visible and existing on the sold/paid
list, with dates of 'sent' well over 3,4 or even 5 months. On the uploading of
photos, I have noted your 'perhaps strategy' and I am expecting a Person
with more IT Knowledge than I possess to come to my aid and when he
does, I shall most certainly put to him the anti-virus 'OFF' suggestion for
which I thank you. regards Alexisgreco.

I used to leave completed sales in my archive until I received feedback at which point I would delete them

However, I too noticed that items were lingering despite the assertion that "items over 3 months old will be archived" - I have never seen this happen in practice

I now delete any items over three months old whether feedback has been received or not - after all, if buyers can't be bothered to leave feedback within a week or two of receiving their items they aren't likely to bother several weeks down the line

absolutely spot-on. I myself do archive items sold that have not been graced with a feedback so that the sold list is more manageable. I find the Archived items of
great use especially as a short-cut to 'sell something similar' especially with items in quantity for sale but in used state, the postmark must correspond and
in Mint, so often a margin can make a separate photograph imperative. Thank you very much for your exchanges, they are most useful. Regards Alexisgreco
