Retrieve items functions don't work

    I need to retrieve items for an user with around 500000 items
    Since some days your system hangs up or return 0 items randomly and I'm not able to use the function

    It's possible tp fix this issue please ?

    I have already opened a thread one week ago without answer, I hope this time I receive an answer !

    We added 2 more efficient calls for big scale stores, here are the calls to retrieve open and close (unsold) items:

    Sold item call is still in progress.

    Just checked. I don't see difference between the old call item/fixedprice/opened and the new one item/opened

    The retrieve time is more than 1 minute per 1000 items and sometimes the first call return 0 items

    Unfortunately you can not, but you now have the field "selling_type" in the response.

    There are some problems on this new function.
    The result is random.
    On 10 calls 5 times the result is empty and on another 2 times the flush hangs up after3/5 calls

    I use 1000 items per call, but the same result if I pass 100 items or 1 item

    Hi Servitel,
    I've investigated your issue.
    From what I can see on the servers logs, the last call you made on the API was terminated by a '499' http status code.
    We use Nginx to server http requests, this 499 is a special code in Nginx that means that the client (your side) has closed the connection before the response has been fully sent by the server.

    I strongly suggest to search for a timeout setting in your script, since the is not a server side error.

    217.XXX.XXX.XXX - - [07/Jun/2024:13:35:22 +0200] "GET /item/opened?token=XXX&startingItem=133000&numberOfItems=1000 HTTP/2.0" 499 0

    Which means, everything was going fine until you disconnected (499) without any byte sent (0)
