    Hello

    Is there a way to get information about delcampe pay ? we need to process each payment manually and it takes a lot of time, it could be easily automated such as others marketplaces we are working with.

    Such as a new notification when customer paid through delcampe pay for an item ?
    Or a new API endpoint to get all payment between given dates ?

    Here is the list of calls currently available to communicate with Delcampe : Lien (https)

    Currently, we have no plans for new calls or improvements to this process.

    At least can you add a csv export in delcampe backoffice ? monthly we have to print pdf and report them one by one manually in our financial tool.

    I don't think this is such an important point. There are still many things that would be much more important, such as transmitting the tracking number via API or an automatic combination of different shipping methods (e.g. parcel and letter or large envelope and small envelope...) when calculating shipping costs. Ultimately, the payment only arrives when the money is in the seller's account and then it is released (at least that's how it is with us) and DelacmpePAY is just one of several payment methods. But in principle every improvement/enhancement is of course welcome! ... and it would be important that there was some kind of voting on the priorities for these expansions. Recently, the possibility of a start postponement for an offer was announced in a great way, allegedly because the sellers wanted it... Sorry, but I can't imagine what that would be useful for and then, depending on the case, it is also subject to a fee. So really what a strange idea. If I want to start an offer later, then I just upload it later, right? ...

    OK, I don't understand. If you upload the offers via the API, then you can do it whenever you want... and what kind of sales advantage should there be if the offers all start at the same time or at different times? We keep answering the same questions from buyers day after day, every week, month after month!!! Improving the underlying causes here are the things that matter. These answers cost time and nerves and spoil the shopping experience for the buyers. Kind regards
