/item/reference/PERSONNAL no longer return all items

    Hello,

    Previously, with SOAP API, we were able to get all items with a given personnal reference.
    This action let us verify if something goes wrong and efficiently delete double items.

    Now, with REST API when we reach /item/reference/:PERSONAL_REFERENCE?token=:TOKEN
    we can grab only one item.

    Then we now we can't get a list trough API similar to this: Lien (https)

    Sorry for the late reply.

    The getItemInfoByPersonalReference() function with SOAP returned the same item as the /item/reference/:PERSONAL_REFERENCE call with Rest. The function behind has not changed.

    Perhaps you had done your own search function?

    If you wish I can send you the list of ids of your duplicates currently on sale by email.

    Thanks for your answer.
    They were supposed to return same informations but I can confirm that SOAP version of this function returned all items concerned by PERSONAL_REFERENCE.

    Now, I agree that actual way of working is more corresponding to documentation: "Call this resource to get data on *a specified item*, giving a personal reference"

    I'll change my watchdog code to retrieve regularely all my items encoded into my account and check them directly from my side.

    duplicate articles has been a longstanding problem at Delcampe. The cause is, on the one hand, the problem that the personal reference is not a unique key and, on the other hand, the situation occurs again and again when uploading articles that no success message and no error message comes back and, as a result, the upload then is repeated. It is therefore very important that the REST function returns everything, analogous to what was also the case with SOAP. We have been synchronizing our articles for weeks now after the nonsense with the ban on images in the article description, which has led to considerable problems. This issue will again create significant problems.

    @Delcampe, please double check differences between yours API en thrust us when we indicate a non-similar way of working.
