Notification problem has returned.

    I have a recurrence of the notification issues we were having a while ago with Delcampe.

    1. I have listed around 100 new items on my website. These have all been correctly exported to Delcampe, but have not been allocated Delcampe numbers and as such are stuck in the unprocessed section of richnoddy. I guess that also means that when they sell delcampe cannot tell RN that they have sold as there is not number to attach to.

    2. Around three or 4 days ago I noticed that items were being sold on delcampe (not the newly listed items mentioned above) that are not being closed on richnoddystamps. I have clicked the “Resend request for Delcampe New Notifications Here” and the Resend request for Delcampe Sold Notifications Here” links but to no effect.

    Please help me as I cannot spend the time manually ending sales as it is VERY time consuming.

    Hello richnoddystamps,

    After investigations, we currently have no problems sending out notifications.

    1. All your items do have a personal reference. There's no problem there, either.
    2. I don't know how the 'Resend request for Delcampe New Notifications Here' feature works on your side since none exists on Delcampe.

    I can exceptionally help you to resend the notifications but everything should work properly on your side otherwise you will encounter the same problem.
