Since Friday night 17.01.2020 my c# program cant source data fields out of the purchase-confirmation emails.
    Tille 16.01.2020 that worked stable.
Question: what changed up from 17.01. re the purchase-confirmation emails, that could have an effect to the automatet c# courcing out of these emails ?
    Can you help ?
    regards

    Hello Chris,

Nothing has changed in the structure and content of the emails on 17/01. But some server configurations have been modified.
Can you give me a little more details about what your program does? Do you use the https protocol?
Are you trying to source data from emails or XML notifications?

    Best Regards,

    Dear Thomas
my c# code firstly collects the item number out of the email text - and this works still fine as I found out.
Secondly I source the purchase data via SOAP API with function "authenticateUser". This worked fine till 16th of January. Did something change with this function: "authenticateUser" ?

    regards

Nothing has changed with this function. Can you confirm that you are using this url: " Lien (https) "?
    So with the https protocol?

    Thanks
