500 error on itemFixedPriceOpened

    We have a custom internal solution for inventory management. Periodically we retrieve new listings we upload on Delcampe by making "itemFixedPriceOpened" of REST API. Ref: Lien (https)

    In the past 4 days, we are getting, 500 - Internal Server Error from the above endpoint. Other API endpoints are working fine.

    Are you aware of this issue? Can you please investigate and let me know what should I do to solve my problem?

    Thank you for your return.
    We made a fix to allow you to use the api call itemFixedPriceOpened without the 500 error.
    It will be online in few days.

    May I please ask you to do the same fix for my other Delcampe accounts, they are all using the same fetcher API script.

    I am now having problems with the closer of my delcampe items. See for example the Item number: #479220432. It was sold outside Delcampe and my closer script correctly sent a notification to delcampe API to close this item. I have correctly received the email from Delcampe, stating the item has been closed. But I still can see this item in my available items list. The item is still on sale!! I am sure the 2 issues are linked each other. Please fix the delcampe item closer via API also. Thanks.

    on the item #479220432 and this one is now closed.
    I invite you to check your call and if it still does not work please send me your code and the item's id.

    Now the item closer script is working again.

    I am still experiencing the 500 error on "itemFixedPriceOpened". Can you please tell me if you already applied the fix?

    Just for information purpose: what do you mean by "few days". They usually mean 3-4 days, but maybe in Belgium they have a different meaning....

    I fixed the issue by myself. The problem was that you changed the limit of items that can be fetched, from 5.000 to 1.000. I just fixed this on my script and it worked.
