    As many of you could see it, this Friday our website has been completely off line from 4am to 1pm (GMT +1)

    To our astonishment, we heard last night that our servers would have to be transferred to a more modern and efficient hosting center. Although this change is synonym of good news, it took place suddenly without enough warning and we could not get prepared or even get the chance to inform you.
    The only hint we had about this was a brief message exchanged during an informal chat with our web technician two months ago. He had just told us that the servers would be displaced in a near future. No more details were given, not even a single notice a couple days before.

    So, just as it was the case for you, we could not connect to our servers during those hours. Nevertheless, we had to stay in touch with our technicians in order to monitor the work done on our servers.

    According to what our technicians said on Thursday night, this interruption was supposed to last 2 hours or three at the most and everything should have been back to normal by 7am (GMT+1). Unfortunately, they faced unexpected problems and needed more time for the technical intervention.

    In order not to bother some of our sellers, we have prolonged by 24h all the sales with at least one bid and ending between 4am and midnight today. This way, members wanting to place offers on items still have time ahead of them and both sellers and buyers will not suffer this unexpected event.

    Please accept our apology for not having been able to react in time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
