    the result of the investigation from the D-team brought to light, that there was no system-error,
    but obviously a DOUBLE-TIP from the buyer

    this happens rarely and that's why I suspected it to be a technical issue.

    I also did not know, that is is possible for buyers to amend an invoice.
    I could vaguely remember having tried it myself as buyer, but the same system did not allow it to me.

    Anyway, the case seems to be clear now - but I hope, this only happens again if someone is ADDING :cool: a tip, not REDUCING :thumbdown: my invoice
