help please -combining invoices

    I have got a situation where a buyer has bought two cards which I sent an invoice for and then a few hours later he bought another one. I cannot work out how I can combine these sales into a new invoice. Help would be appreciated . Thanks

    Thanks for the reply. I cant answer that because in the period of time that elasped whilst I was trying to find out how to do it , he actually paid for the first two!! So I have the situation I have had to send another invoice, so it will be a second lot of paypal charges !!. Over 2 weeks since 'Black Monday' and they still havent sorted this mess out .

    Thanks for the reply. I cant answer that because in the period of time that elasped whilst I was trying to find out how to do it , he actually paid for the first two!!     There has always been the possibility that a buyer will pay an invoice, buy something else and expect the seller to send all together....the new system has not really changed anything.

    It just takes a few more 'clicks' to achieve what used to happen automatically! Is that called backwards progress?

    If you just go through the process of clicking to invoice the 2nd batch of items, you will be invited to combine the new items with any other existing invoice. I did this just a few minutes ago quite successfully.

    Thank you for your reply. I must have missed a 'click' somewhere in the process. Shall have to wait until a similar situation occures to try this out. Could be a long wait with the huge drop in sales . Thanks again.
