    Welcome to one of the most recurrent problems with the Delcampe site.

    When it works it is excellent in almost every aspect - when it doesn't it can be the most frustrating and annoying of experiences - just as it has been recently. I suppose as long as I continue to get sales and the opportunity to buy what I collect I will have to put up with it.

    But a a seller I am sure many new visitors and potential customers are put off by the often snail like qualities of the site as a whole - and they never come back. It is very difficult to attract a customer but one of the easiest of things to lose him!

    With Stanley Gibbons just acquiring one of Delcampe's competitors they will have to up their game.
