What can I do if the seller did not post my items?

What is your seller's nick name? You can first try to report Delcampe. The staff from Delcampe will help to communicate with the seller. My seller responded to Delcampe staff very quickly but no response to my message.
Same experience, no response after trying "mediation". Just seems like a way to get the transaction locked up so you can never leave negative feedback? And yes, it's a well known Delcampe seller.

I'll wait on contact from Delcampe Customer Service before proceeding legally. But my understanding with French law is that with payment, the seller must provide the goods.

    Hello "chrischross",

I see that you have indeed contacted our customer service. You will receive an answer by e-mail as soon as possible.

    Have a nice day.

    Kind regards,

Sadly, this will remain unresolved, as apparently the order was placed too long ago. The seller knows exactly what he's doing, with continual assurances that the "order is being sent soon", and running out the clock.

I'd like to name the seller publicly on this forum, is that even possible? Receipts included?

Naming and shaming is not allowed and if you do it the thread or your posting will be deleted.

There are indirect ways of indicating who your defaulting seller is but one is no longer open to you it seems which is feedback. I would use independent forums to call him out. There are loads of those - I often use Google before making large purchases to see who I am dealing with. A search of user names often throws up unsavoury behaviour by some sellers and I am sure I have saved money time and effort by doing this and not dealing with poor reputational characters.

I paid 97 euro in January 2022 for three items (#1383187655, #1290089038, #1290088828) including registered mail postage to the seller (denoy_philatelie 100% (9728x)), who seems having excellent profile. However, so far I have not received the items from him. I check the icons of the items, which are still showing "Item not sent". I sent him several messages during last few weeks to ask him to let me know the mail track number but get no response at all! Clearly, he has not shipped my items yet.

I tried to open a dispute yesterday, but the system told me "Unfortunately, no action of this kind can be taken when a sale has been closed for more than 90 days." I have not been with Delcampe for too long, so I don't know the deadline for filing a dispute should be within 90 days.

What should I do now? Anybody has good suggestions? Thanks in advance.
I had a dealing with this seller, my feedback was: "MAUVAIS VENDEUR, NE PAS UTILISER, PREND DE L'ARGENT AUCUNE MARCHANDISE robber, vagabond"
I always check out feedback profiles on sellers I am dealing with.

    I use English. I don't understand French :(
Everybody can have his mail translated. Nevertheless I lost a lot of money since buying via Delcampe. Many sellers send registered letters which still not arrive. The post office say: the other country is responsible. I feel completely helpless. Another problem: I got several complaints from a seller in Ukrainia /Russia (for Ukrainian stamps). But whenever I try to transfer money I get the automatic answer: Sending money to this area is not possible. I am fed up!!!

I do not understand why you do not claim back your money when items fail to arrive. Under EU law it is the sellers responsibility to ensure items reach the buyer and it his his responsibility to claim from his post office if items do not arrive. If you pay by Paypal or a credit card this is very easy to do. A seller who states he is not responsible for items that do not reach the buyer is breaking the law.

With your Ukrainian seller you need to cancel the transactions as you are unable to pay through no fault of your own - unless your seller has an alternative method where you can safely m ake payment.
