    I have looked in theStanley Gibbons South America Catalogue and the stamps are listed as SG No. 703, 200b on 2c Black and SGNo. 705, 300b on 5c Green. The 300b was the only one of the set listed with a red surcharge. This set consists of 18 stamps and depicts Tiahuanaca Excavations but was not issued without surcharges on 17 Dec 1960. The value of the stamps are listed is (703) £0.55 MNH / £0.20 Used and (705) £0.30 MNH / £0.20. If you require a scan of the page covering these stamp let me know and i will oblige.

    I have looked in theStanley Gibbons South America Catalogue and the stamps are listed as SG No. 703, 200b on 2c Black and SGNo. 705, 300b on 5c Green. The 300b was the only one of the set listed with a red surcharge. This set consists of 18 stamps and depicts Tiahuanaca Excavations but was not issued without surcharges on 17 Dec 1960.
