Publish_Item_Error unknown_error

Hi,

I've got more than 400 Publish_Item_Error notification in last 24 hours with error "unknown_error".

Could you please check, which error occured?

When the errors occures due wrong settings in my API calls it would be great to know the reason of the Publish_Item_Error, so I can solve it.

I'm troubleshooting your issue but I need more information.
Can you provide us the post data of an item please ? (the one with the personal reference 14348082 for example)
Did you try adding an option by any chance ?

Try to list an item without ul, li and font

I have experienced the same problem on starting D* interfacing. Cleaning the description text have fixed the issue

But cleaning this simple html tags would mean a major deterioration of customer experience.
I'm sure the Fred and the Delcampe team are experienced enough to know that a good customer experience is very important for sales. If Delcampe sells poorly, that's bad for Delcampe.
And I'm also sure Fred and the Delcampe team will be able to find and fix the error. After all, the problem didn't occur before. And the HTML tags haven't changed here.

As suggested by Servitel, I have removed all html markups, no formatting anymore, no breaks anymore, no new lines.

Here is summary of done actions from my end - thanks again to Servitel for suggestions!

- removing all html tags and breaklines from the description - does not solved it
- removing last space at the end of the title - does not solved it
- removed id_country from upload data - does not solved it
- uploading the same item with same data from another account (Servitel) was successful

So it is a matter from our account?
Please check and solve it.
And I hope I do not have to wait another week...

I'm still trying to find the error but I can't find a way to reproduce it. It seems to be unrelated to the post data.

I added a lot of logs in our codebase, I hope it'll give me more informations during the week-end to solve it monday.
