    SInce more than 2 hours API don't work.
    Opened a ticket but no one answer

    Randomly the server answer with server error and every actions crash at our site. Chek limit, chek items, list a new item or retrieve single item details result randomly in 500 Server Error for every my clients
    Also refresh the access key result randomly in 500 server error

    It's impossible to work like this !

    Hi Servitel,

    We identified a cache corruption on one of our server, resulting in random errors in the API.
    The issue was fixed yesterday around midnight.

    Asking for a friend :D... often when an online service is provided vs money (such as the API and delcampe service) a maximum downtime per event and total in a month/year is defined in the contract to guarantee continuity of the service. If not respected, penalties apply. Is there something like this in the API contract?
    Maybe users should push it..
