    Hello, what have you changed from April 24, 2023 ????
    As of this date, uploading articles no longer works. Since there is no error message, but the POST normally with "Your request was taken into account!" is acknowledged, there is of course no error message here either. I think it's because of the general economic situation that sales are collapsing, but it's probably the Delcampe API again!

    Please check if this might have something to do with the notification settings. There was a page/link on the Delcampe web interface for configuring/setting the notification parameters. But I can't find that link anywhere anymore. That was very practical, because it is more than tedious via the API. Kind regards

    Hello API team, it's really important to know why no more articles are uploaded although the API requests are answered with "Your request was taken into account". This damages the account, the buyers do not know why the shop is no longer updated! Please reply as soon as possible. Kind regards

    Hi, we're encountering the same problem: the API is only responding "Your request was taken into account!" but the listings do not end up on Delcampe.

    We're using the bulk endpoint.

    this is bribest and we have the same problem since 26.4, around 7.000 items not listed.
    Someone in the delcampe API Team should check new stuff in the APi since 26.4.!!

    Hey guys what's up we now have 3 API users with the same problem. So we can assume that everyone has the same problem and that it just hasn't been noticed until now. The alarm bells must be ringing when no more articles are uploaded via the API !!! It would be nice if someone would give feedback so that it is at least clear that this topic has been read and is being worked on with the necessary emphasis!!!! Kind regards

    Hello, I just uploaded a test article and it worked. Thank you for resolving it so quickly.

    However, it cannot be the case that things simply go back to business as usual. There was a problem here and for 4 weeks no one noticed that the article upload was not working. That caused damage. I've been a salesman at Delcampe for many years now and unfortunately these problems with IT are quite common. From my point of view, there are serious deficiencies in the update management. Trial and error on the back of the customer, it can't stay like this. Someone urgently needs to think about adapting the update processes here. The priority with which so many changes / extensions are carried out raises doubts in my mind as to whether the right decisions are being made here. Get help! There are many experienced dealers among the sellers, but in my view there is no meaningfully functioning channel through which the priority of necessary adjustments can be discussed with the sellers. The can with the suggestions for improvement is a black hole, you can throw something in there, but nothing comes out. No other platform has as many problems with the sales process as Delcampe. What is needed from my point of view is a board/forum with experienced sellers where such improvements and the priorities can be discussed. I am also willing to contribute my expertise. Delcampe has potential, but the sales process (shipping costs / payment processing / tracking information / discount campaigns, etc.) needs to be optimized. The questions we receive from the buyers during the sales process clearly show that many things do not fit here or are not obvious to the buyer. There have been improvements, but that's not enough for a simple shopping experience.

    I transfered 50 items yesterday evening
    via Marktplatz Manager (weber) and
    Zero item listed in delcampe.

    Hello, I uploaded 3622 articles on 5/24/2023 and 7707 articles on 5/25/22 (number of startmails). The information I read on the subject of limitation was 30,000 items per day. Why is this error message appearing now? The shop must be complete again so that something can finally be sold again. What is that for a drama with your technology .... Please solve soon.     The limitation for all is 10000 on a window of 24hours.
    Your is going to be upgraded to 25000 in order to reset your shop.
