    Hi there,
    Tonight (23:50 / 00:05) sometimes again no notifications / emails were sent with items sold. Are these messages still being sent?

    It seems that we have indeed had problems sending notifications/emails at these times.

    Hi there,
    this is not a new problem, it has been a recurring problem for years. We are dependent on the emails or the notifications. We cannot process and execute orders if this information is not sent. We get so to speak zero information about an incoming order if no emails / notifications are sent. We don't work with the manual Delcampe interface, because that's what the API is for, so it isn't necessary. It is also far too time-consuming to intervene manually here. The customer then complains after days / weeks because he does not receive any information from us. That just again to give the problem the right importance!
