    Hi,
    We can't find any way to delete "inactive" notification settings (getNotificationSettings) and, cause the following error, we are unable to add any other notification setting.

    PLEASE delete all "inactive" settings

    Error:
    ...
    <SOAP-ENV:Body>
    <SOAP-ENV:addNotificationSettingResponse>
    <addNotificationSettingReturn xsi:type="ns1:ResponseSimple">
    <status xsi:type="xsd:boolean">false</status>
    <errorMsg xsi:type="xsd:string">Max number of notification by type reach</errorMsg>
    <data xsi:nil="true"/>
    <personal_reference xsi:nil="true"/>
    </addNotificationSettingReturn>
    </SOAP-ENV:addNotificationSettingResponse>
    </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    ...

    Is there any hidden API call to delete these inactive notification settings?

    Thanks and best regards

    Hello cartamoneta-com,

    I deleted the only inactive notification address you had. Do you want me to delete the duplicates? I see you have four identical ones.

    Unfortunately there are no hidden calls to remove them.

    Best Regards,

    Thanks thomas,

    it would be great if you will delete all duplicates.

    Anyways, this problem is causing too many headaches.
    We aren't confident with notification management. Is there any clear guide to better understand this problem?

    Thanks

    Sorry for duplicate post.

    Now calling "getNotificationSettings" API we are getting this response:

    <SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV=" Vinculo (http) " xmlns:ns1=" Vinculo (https) " xmlns:xsi=" Vinculo (http) " xmlns:xsd=" Vinculo (http) " xmlns:SOAP-ENC=" Vinculo (http) " SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle=" Vinculo (http) ;
    <SOAP-ENV:Body>
    <SOAP-ENV:getNotificationSettingsResponse>
    <getNotificationSettingsReturn xsi:type="ns1:ResponseNotificationSetting">
    <data xsi:type="ns1:ArrayOfNotificationSetting"/>
    <status xsi:type="xsd:boolean">true</status>
    <errorMsg xsi:type="xsd:string"></errorMsg>
    <personal_reference xsi:nil="true"/>
    </getNotificationSettingsReturn>
    </SOAP-ENV:getNotificationSettingsResponse>
    </SOAP-ENV:Body>
    </SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

    As you can see, the data tag seems to be empty. What's wrong?

    Thanks

    Hello cartamoneta,

    I've deleted all your duplicates.

    Do you still have the problem? When I test on my side, everything works fine.

    So please note that SOAP API is deprecated. We strongly advise you to use our REST API.
