Mangopay needs fixing.

    Hi,

    To activate a buyer payment to Mangopay there is no way to access the payment if you do not have a Passport to unlock it.
    I do not have a Passport and there is no other tab on the dash board for other means like a drivers license or birth certificate. So my money is dead. And I have no way of stopping a buyer from paying into the Mangopay account instead of Paypal. Paypal is my hub bank for everything I sell and buy and I require all my buyer Payments to use the Paypal option.

    And I never asked to have a Mangopay account. I was not asked permission. I was forced into it like everyone else and just notified! So now I have lost control of my money and so there is no way to stop buyers paying into Mangopay instead of Paypal. And Mangopay does not seem to transfer money into Paypal.

    I want this fixed so please fix it now. At least provide provide a tab where I can disallow buyer payments in to the Mangopay account and direct them only and exclusively into my Paypal account.

    I have also encountered such a problem. I don't even know how my Mangopay account was registered. My Mangopay cannot withdraw money. I have been using a credit card to register for PayPal for over ten years and have been using PayPal ever since. I hope buyers can use PayPal for payment. Now I can't withdraw money from my Mangopay account at all. Who can come up with a good solution to this matter.

    I've cried out for 'HELP' from Delcampe but nothing yet. They put us all in Mangopay without asking permission. Or providing a tab for us to refuse those using Mangopay and direct them to Paypal. They ask for a Passport to unlock the account, but we don't all have Passport. And from others in the world it is very difficult or not all possible to transfer the money to Paypal. The only solution I see is to ask buyers to not use Mangopay when they buy. Or fore warn them in the items write up or heading. But a tab to close off the Mangopay option is really the answer, as I, like you, don't want Mangopay at all.
