Help with ancient stamp

Good evening everyone, someone can tell me something about this stamp?
Maybe you do not read very well, it says "Postage three" and then I think "pence" on the right side of the shield

This is not a postage stamp, but a cut-out from either a postage stationery card or pre-stamped envelope

The portrait is Edward VII which dates it to between 1902 and 1910
