Then leave the person a negative feedback to illustrate their behaviour. If whoever you are talking about is a crook and you paid by Paypal claim your money back - this is presuming you sent the items by a trackable method. If you did not how can you say the person is a crook because mail is lost or stolen in the postal system. My Post Office managed to lose a 30kg package of coins sent to Lithuania (fortunately trackable which is a bit of a joke as it tracks only to the Post Office I sent it from several weeks ago). Some postal employee somewhere is presumably sitting on a very heavy package of UNC African coins which they probably have absolutely no idea what to do with. - Though I will be keeping a beady eye on a certain Internet auction site!

Sorry I misread your post. If the person did not send the items then claim your money back if you paid by Paypal or Credit card. If you paid by any other method then you have lost your money if the person is, as you say, a crook.

This shows you should look at a sellers feedback before you contemplate buying. If he has 200 or so negatives from a range of buyers then I, personally, would leave well alone or, at the very minimum, only pay using a method where I can get my money back.

I presume he/she is still on Delcampe through their own buying feedbacks if their selling feedback is so atrocious.
