Need Help.How to refund the Buyer ?

    In September i sold 3 stamps to Russia ,now he sent them back to me and wants a refund.How do i refund him in order to get my fees back ?

    You can't get your fees back as the sale was completed

    Hello,if payment was via Paypal,go to Paypal and search the transaction with the buyer,you can refund the money the buyer has paid and Paypal will refund to you the comission

    As per Delcampe comission, you need to file a complaint with Delcampe for an canceled transaction:· "returned item" or "refunded money to the buyer"

    Hello,if payment was via Paypal,go to Paypal and search the transaction with the buyer,you can refund the money the buyer has paid and Paypal will refund to you the comission

    Normally Paypal is something about 60-90 days and on Delcampe the same (you need to file one Delcampe complaint with the buyer for an returned item,then Delcampe return back the comission in your account,regards
