As per Scott it is # 146A (1934-37) perf..14.Price in 2011 catalogue -$32.50 for hinged stamp.
Interesting,that #146 (1932) perf.12 is much more expensive - $400.00.

Hello,
on the italian catalogue UNIFICATO 2009 we can find this stamp, issued in 2 different series in 1932 and 1935-1938 for italian colony Somalia. The only differences between series are in perforation. Here some prices (in Euro):

1932, serie "Pittorica", n° 175, 50 cents violet (various perf):
MNH USED
perf 12 X 12 1100 0.60
perf 12 X 14 100 40
perf 14 X 12 the catalogue doesn't report the value, but it could exist

But, if you say it's perf 14 X 14, it would be the 1935-38 serie "Pittorica", same subject and colour of 1932's one but perf 14 X 14 (n° 221):

MNH USED
perf 14 X 14 50 1
