I am pleased to note there is now a category in Great Britain > Regional Issues for England (which has issued regional stamps in its own right since 2001 before anyone asks)

I don't know when it was created but it's about three weeks short of the first anniversary of my requesting it

While you're looking, have you found any other new categories?
I've requested a few - off to see if they've appeared.
