    Hi,
    There was a catalogue published in two parts back in 2003/2004:

    Alternative Postal Operators in New Zealand: Part 1 (2003) and Part 2 (2004)

    I havn't seen any examples for sale in quite a while and havn't heard that there has been an up to date release (it is of course now nearly 10 years out of date).

    The only info that I have is that the catalogue could be ordered from the author John Hill at 13 Leeds Place, Napier, New Zealand. Though again this info was from the release of part 2 in 2004 so I've no idea if it is still current.
