How do I cancel a sale from a non paying bidder ?

    Hi all

    As of late I´ve been coming across unreliable buyers who bid but then do not pay. I think that waiting a month for payment is enough so I now would like to cancel a sale. How do I do this ? Would appreciate any help.

    Hi....same here. To cancel a sale, first give negative or neutral feedback to the non-paying purchaser.
    Then click on "unpaid items" in the My Delcampe fees section and follow the instructions given,.
    Cancellation and fee credit seems to be automatic for non payment. Incidentally, I always give negative feedback for non-payment unless there is a very good reason and always cancel after 28 days (as per my T & C) .
    Don't forget to blacklist the nonpayer too!

    May thanks for your help.Will proceed as indicated and also blacklist the "buyer". In general I think Delcampe should be more of assistance with rogue buyers and sellers. A different buyer also stole €25 from me and up to now have not received any help, will see what happens-.Many thanks again.

    I consider stealing when I pay for an article and do not receive it nor get any replies to my numourous emails or any explanation of any kind. As the seller kept my money I consider it stealing.

    Hello Karlhh

    Thank you for your interest in my post. I meant seller not buyer. I mixed it up. I have two ongoing complaints filed, one against a seller who kept my money and one against a buyer who hasn´t and by the looks of it will not pay. Have a nice day.
