I purchase 2 stamps from Bicaram ( Item no- 0100845450 & 0100845491 ) The seller is supply a folded stamps ,Listed damage stamps as a mint condition. After paying by paypal time seller leave negative feedback, after reporting to paypal. What is policy of Delcame. Can Delcampe take any action against this type of criminal mined seller ?

I have never received any of satisfactory respond of seller. He is irresponsible member of Delcampe. "Bien, merci" as a negative feedback is not a justified feedback. Can you like to your seller this type of FB ? This type of buying can't be safe, It is a unnecessary harassment buying on Delcampe.
