If I were in your position, I'd be more concerned about getting my item or my money back. I have no idea how good/bad Moneybookers is at resolving that situation, as luckily I've never had to face it.

As far as feedback is concerned - obviously a negative should be given. If the seller retaliates take ten deep breaths and reply calmly, factually and politely. Delcampe will remove any unwarranted negative feedback, specially if the other party has not responded to the dispute resolution.

Occasionally something really goes missing in the post. In my years of trading online a handful of my items never reached their destination.
However, it's the lack of communication that is the problem here. If I receive a message that something hasn't been received, I'll be replying straight away.
