Sinko cheat me ! He refuse to refund me !

    I won and paid for Sinko [99% (586x)] 's 30422523,but what I received were not real stamps--all were fake !!!

    Sinko refuse to refund me as he said they are not fake,but model ! He never told buyer they are model,even wrote their value were 276 EURO,and Condition: used, out of repair.
    If he were going on to sell they as "model",he should told us what they were ,AT LEAST, he can't say their value is 276 euro, and they were used ,out of repaid! He is cheat!

    I have contact him for many times,but he refuse to refund! Who can buy his item again ?

    I have posted a post in "Buy on Delcampe ",but %mod_theo, has deleted the whole post ! How can this kind of guy be our moderator ?
