Hello everyone,

Recently I made a withdraw using Mangopay platform to my bank account. When I received it I saw minus19 euros.
I called my bank and they confirmed that is not their fees, also asked DelCampe support and they also confirmed they didn't take any fees. So, both sides said the same but still received 19 euros minus. Does anyone has similar situation ?

Hi,
May I ask in which currency you received the funds when you made the withdrawal?
If the payment was converted from euros to Serbian dinars, that could easily explain the difference.
If neither your bank nor Delcampe is covering the shortfall, then the issue likely lies with Mangopay’s currency conversion or processing fees.

Hello,

I made a withdraw request in euros and received amount in euros. Probably they took some processing fees because I really don't have any other explanation. Too high fees in every case.
