I looked at the page "Add Money to my Delcampe Pay Account" and i see that there is an option to do a bank transfer to Delcampe Pay. It has a link to instructions as to how to do that. I click on it and get a 404 - Sorry, this page is not available message.

Maybe because I think that Delcampe Pay used the European IBAN system. and cannot transfer via SWIFT transactions yet Just a thought
