Le quotazioni indicate nel presente listino si riferiscono a francobolli di ottima qualità, perfetti, con gomma integra originale per i nuovi, con una leggera traccia di linguella per i linguellati e con annullo non deturpante per gli usati (ovviamente annullo di favore). La centratura è corrispondente all’emissione, le richieste per serie con perfetta centratura saranno evase, se disponibili, ad un prezzo maggiorato che verrà comunicato al momento del reperimento della serie in questione.
Tutto quanto il materiale presente nei nostri listini è perfettamente garantito dalla nostra Ditta, i valori di un certo pregio sono corredati da certificati di noti periti, e dal nostro Certificato Fotografico di Garanzia che vi permetterà in qualsiasi momento di rivenderci l’oggetto alle attuali quotazioni di mercato, e qualora l’oggetto presenti qualche difetto non riscontrato nel momento della vendita, provvederemo a risarcire il cliente ed o a sostituire l’oggetto stesso.
I prezzi sono comprensivi di IVA e possono subire delle modifiche senza preavviso, tutto il materiale ordinato viene consegnato accompagnato da fattura.
Con l’ordine, l’acquirente ci farà cosa grata se allegherà anche, nel Suo interesse, un elenco supplementare, vale a dire una nota di riserva, questo nell eventualità che alcune voci siano esaurite.
Il pagamento può essere effettuato anticipatamente o in contrassegno. Sull’importo dell’ordinazione si dovranno aggiungere le spese postali.
I versamenti degli ordini possono essere effettuati a mezzo vaglia postale, assegno circolare o bancario, bonifico bancario o versando l’importo sul nostro c/c postale.
Possono essere concesse anche dilazioni di pagamento a tasso zero, nelle modalità da concordare.
La Filatelia De Simoni garantisce che i prodotti sono esenti da difetti e sono conformi alle norme italiane e dell’Unione Europea ad essi applicati. Nel caso remoto in cui doveste riscontrare un difetto nei prodotti potete chiedere la sostituzione di quel prodotto, il tutto a nostre spese.
Trascorsi più di 10 giorni dal ricevimento della merce, non si accetteranno più reclami o restituzioni.
La merce inviata e non completamente pagata dal committente resta sempre di proprietà della Filatelia De Simoni, sia questa si trovi giacente nei nostri uffici od in loco altrui.
Per qualsiasi controversia è competente il Foro di Milano
La merce che viene spedita con servizio postale tramite Poste Italiane, via raccomandata e viaggia sempre e comunque con rischio a carico del compratore.
