UPU REGULATION REGARDING SHIPMENT OF GOODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Belangrijke mededeling met betrekking goederenzendingen buiten Nederland (zie tarieven hieronder):
De UPU heeft de wettelijke verplichting opgelegd om álle goederenzendingen online aan te melden en te voorzien van een barcode. Zo’n officiële zending is daarom helaas duur, maar is niet aangetekend of verzekerd. Goederenzendingen zonder barcode kunnen echter worden geretourneerd of vernietigd door het land van bestemming.
Om kosten te sparen, kunt u uw aankopen over een langere periode opsparen en combineren tot één verzending.
Een gewone brief zonder barcode is wel mogelijk, maar alleen op eigen risico en betaling uitsluitend via MangoPay. Vraag mij dan om een nieuwe rekening.
Important notice regarding shipments of goods (see tarifs below):
The UPU has legally mandated that all shipments of goods must be registered online and provided with a barcode. Such an official shipment is therefore unfortunately expensive, but it is not registered or insured. However, shipments without a barcode can be returned or destroyed by the destination country.
To save money, you can save up your purchases over a longer period and combine them into a single shipment.
A regular letter without a barcode is possible, but only at your own risk and payment must be made exclusively via MangoPay. In that case, please ask me for a new invoice.

Die UPU hat gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, dass alle Warensendungen online registriert und mit einem Barcode versehen werden müssen. Ein solcher offizieller Versand ist daher leider teuer, aber weder registriert noch versichert. Sendungen ohne Barcode können jedoch vom Zielland zurückgeschickt oder vernichtet werden.
Um Geld zu sparen, können Sie Ihre Einkäufe über einen längeren Zeitraum sammeln und zu einer einzigen Sendung zusammenfassen.

L'UPU a légalement exigé que tous les envois de marchandises soient enregistrés en ligne et munis d'un code-barres. Un tel envoi officiel est donc malheureusement coûteux, mais il n'est ni enregistré ni assuré. Cependant, les envois sans code-barres peuvent être retournés ou détruits par le pays de destination.
Pour faire des économies, vous pouvez étaler vos achats sur une période plus longue et les regrouper en un seul envoi.

L'UPU ha imposto per legge che tutte le spedizioni di merci debbano essere registrate online e dotate di codice a barre. Una spedizione ufficiale di questo tipo è quindi purtroppo costosa, ma non è registrata né assicurata. Tuttavia, le spedizioni senza codice a barre possono essere restituite o distrutte dal paese di destinazione.
Per risparmiare sui costi, puoi conservare i tuoi acquisti per un periodo di tempo più lungo e raggrupparli in un'unica spedizione.
È possibile inviare una lettera tradizionale senza codice a barre, ma solo a tuo rischio e pericolo e il pagamento deve essere effettuato esclusivamente tramite MangoPay. In tal caso, ti prego di richiedermi una nuova fattura.
Aviso importante sobre envíos de mercancías (ver tarifas más abajo):
La UPU exige legalmente que todos los envíos de mercancías se registren en línea y se proporcionen con un código de barras. Por lo tanto, un envío oficial de este tipo es, lamentablemente, costoso, y no está registrado ni asegurado. Sin embargo, los envíos de mercancías sin código de barras pueden ser devueltos o destruidos por el país de destino.
Para ahorrar dinero, puede acumular sus compras durante un período más largo y combinarlas en un solo envío.
Es posible enviar una carta normal sin código de barras, pero solo bajo su propia responsabilidad y el pago debe realizarse exclusivamente a través de MangoPay. En ese caso, le rogamos que me solicite una nueva factura.

Our service does not intend to collect data about visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. Philatelie Amsterdam does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
View, modify or delete data:
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Philatelie Amsterdam and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for withdrawal of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to philatelie-amsterdam@ziggo.nl
To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to enclose a copy of your proof of identity with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks. - YES: accepted payments: Mango Pay (preferred), PayPal.
- NO: not accepted (no refund): No cash, no checks, no stamps, no money orders or other accepted!
- Import taxes or customs duties are not included and are for buyer's responsibility.
- Picture is taken from actual offer, unless stated otherwise. Items offered in multifold or at fixed prices are almost always by example. Colours on screen are likely to differ from actual offer.
- Catalogue values mentioned might be out of date.
- Inofficial issues / Frauds / Forgeries / Cinderella's will not be offered, except when there is room for doubt: in that case this will be clearly mentioned. Are you aware of any frauds accidently being offered by me, please contact me!
- Paying before receiving invoice: you might be asked for additional payment or to pay again after a refund has been made.
- Items will be combined into one shipment to save costs, always packed with great care including plastic protection and sturdy carton, and sent within 1-2 work days after receiving payment.
- If you wish registered mail, please contact me. Registered mail outside EU countries / EU custom districts are always declared via customs, with CN22 / CN23 form.
- Transactions are preferably to be completed within 10 days after last bid. If you whish to save up your purchases over longer period of time, please contact me.
- No personal data are collected or saved, other than legally mandatory or to perform our service to you (as in sending you invoice and your purchases). See our detailed privacy policy.
- In case of a dispute which is not solved by me or Delcampe, the Online Dispute Resolution of the European Union might offer help.
GARANTEE / WARRANTY:
The garantee/warranty is only applicable in case of:
- single items or sets;
- item(s) not according to description;
- damages not mentioned;
- items that are not the catalogue number stated;
Claiming warranty must be done within 14 days after receiving items.
ATTENTION: Large lots/collections/albums/stockbooks do not fall under any garantee/warranty. I make detailed pictures to make sure you can examine for yourself. During auction time you are able to contact me to ask questions or ask for more detailed pictures. If I state any catalogue value, it will be to my best of knowledge, using the Michel Online Katalog (MOK). Catalogue values are only a guideline and therefore never a reason to claim warranty or refund. Bidding is a legal and binding agreement. If you win the auction, you are legally bound.
I do my utmost best, but in case of mistakes... I will try to solve it.
