Folded cover dated 2/SE/1877 sent from Arica to Tacna franked with 5c. paid with a BISECT stamp of 10c. (Sc.25a). Even though the Post allowed the use of bisected 10c. stamps until 16/MAR/1877, this late used was probably due to a momentary shortage of 5c. stamps in the city, rare, ex-Herbert Moll.
