1941, Belgian Congo, envelope franked with (2x) 75c - Albert Monument issue (1 stamp damaged when it was applied), sent by "Société des Chemins de Fer Vicinaux du Congo" from Aketi October 8, 1941 to "Etat Major 4° Bureau - Troupes du Nord Est - Watsa" (the General Staff – 4th office of the Troops of the Northeast in Watsa) = BPM n°4 where it arrived October 13 (double circle military cachet on the reverse side) and transit via Watsa October 13, (domestic rate: 2.50fr + 0.75fr), illustrated in the book "La Force publique du Congo Belge - Mail & military censorship 1940-1945 by Th. Lindekens p. 12), very scarce, with Lindekens certificate
