1924, Belgium, envelope franked at 25c, sent from Antwerpen June 3, 1924 to Tangango / Belgian Congo, via Leopoldville then forwarded with "REBUT" and "DECEDE" marks and handwritten note "Inconnu à Tango HCB 21.7.24" (HCB = Huileries du Congo Belge), rate of May 1, 1924 for cover to Belgian Congo 50c for first 20gr, manuscript "T 0,50" in blue pencil, taxed at 50c (double of the insufficiency), paid with 50c light blue postage due stamp of the 1923 issue tied by Leopoldville cachet (type 1) June 9, 1924, the usage of cachets type 1 (23mm.) are scarce on postage due 1923 issue
