Entire letter from Cdiz (Spain) to Lima, denoting the maritime fee to be paid by the recipient with boxed 3 Pta in red, equivalent to 3 Reales of the maritime fee, and Cadiz straight-line, both in red. Endorsement en la frag.ta Rosa, being the frigate which crossed the Atlantic transporting this letter. A very scarce mail with this rate marking on transatlantic mail.
