99.8% of transactions bring complete satisfaction to both buyer and seller on Delcampe.
However, sometimes neither the seller nor the buyer is at fault in a transaction that doesn't go as planned. Delcampe then takes responsibility for refunding the buyer so that both parties remain satisfied with the service offered by the website. Delcampe reserves the right to judge on a case-by-case basis whether this limited transactional warranty can be applied in the event of a dispute.
This warranty only applies to transactions made with Mangopay, as PayPal offers its own warranty.
