Close a sale without a bid

Via the my items for sale page

1. Go to My items for sale: currently running
2. Find the sale to close. You can refine your search by using the search engine and scrolling menu options:

5. A confirmation message appears on the page

Via the item page

1. Go to the item sales page
2. Click on  at the top right of the page
   
3. Click on

Close a sale with bids

The procedure for closing a sale with bids is identical to the procedure for sales without a bid.

Note: Two important points must be taken into consideration when closing a sale with bids:

1. Closing a sale with bids takes effect after 24 hours in order not to discriminate against potential bidders. However, if the sales period remaining is less than 24 hours, the sale will close at the closing time set.

2. Closing a sale does not cancel any bids already made. The sale must be made to the highest bidder, regardless.

Close several bids simultaneously

To close several sales at once:

1. Go to My items for sale: currently running
2. Select the sales to close by checking them
   
3. Click on 
4. Click on 
5. A confirmation message appears on the page

Tip: To select all of the sales on the page, you can:

- Check the box to the right of the “Action” column or

- Click on the box at the bottom right side of the page

Note: If, however, bids have been made on some of the sales to be closed, two important points must be taken into consideration when closing them:
