If you forget your nickname

  1. Click on "Login" at the top left of the screen
  2. In the window that pops up, under " Log in ", click on “Forgotten nickname / password?"
  3. Enter your email address and click on “Send”
  4. You will receive an email with your nickname. Once you have read the information, you can ignore the email (which enables you to change your password)
