As soon as a transaction is marked paid, the information to send the payment is no longer available.

To have access to the information again, simply follow the procedure below:

  1. Go toMy purchases: Awaiting Shipment

  2. Select the transaction and click on the “Payment sent” icon


    The transaction will move back under the “Awaiting payment” tab
  3. Go to My purchases > Awaiting payment

  4. Click on the  transaction button.
  5. Send the payment again
